An eight-week sprint in collective motivation. Bring some goals and enjoy the support, encouragement, and thought partnership from the group as we work through challenges and create habits to build and sustain momentum.

Facilitator: Jill Hall, Founder of Particle Theory

When: SOFT START Wednesday, June 19th - We’ll discuss how best to set ourselves up for success and write our sprint goal(s). The SPRINT STARTS the week after on Wednesday, June 26th and goes until August 14th.

What to bring: Goals, big and small; laptop if you need it; notebook for notes
