An eight-week sprint in collective motivation. Bring some goals and enjoy the support, encouragement, and thought partnership from the group as we work through challenges and create habits to build and sustain momentum.

When: SOFT START Wednesday, April 3rd - We’ll discuss how best to set ourselves up for success and write our sprint goal(s). The SPRINT STARTS the week after on Wednesday, April 10th and goes until May 29th.

What to bring: Goals, big and small; laptop if you need it; notebook for notes
